Each island has its own character: from quiet nature islands to green vineyards to lively places such as Hvar or Šibenik.

    Peakville was founded in 2024 out of the desire to combine outstanding holiday villas and chalets in unique natural settings with exceptional design. Our carefully selected locations are sanctuaries for all those who wish to reconnect with nature – surrounded by inspiring architecture. Whether on untouched private beaches or in secluded mountain retreats: each house is handpicked and creates space for tranquility, creativity, and genuine relaxation in a rural idyll.

    Europe is full of hidden treasures – places that not only impress but also inspire. Sometimes it is the sound of the waves on the Baltic Sea, sometimes the warm light of the setting sun over the Adriatic.     Co-ownership in Croatia made easy

    Four people invest together in a property or a sailing yacht – and additional co-owners can join at any time. After five years, there is the option to easily sell the share again. To ensure a smooth start, we take care of all the groundwork.
